Description Brief making of tutorial to my fur suit costume, used at Animecon V 2007 here in Finland.
It does not have any real patterns included etc. 'cause you can find those elsewhere.

Jag har ingen ventilation i min huvuden Det kan vara mycket värma och unken att ha på sig, men du kan ändå respirera genom det
-> Om vi hade mycket tid och måste vänta någonting tog jag min huvud bort.
Men om du vill kan du naturligtvis klippa et hål i nosen, det är enkel

So no strings attached to the head, it's just a bulk of foam hehe. Of course if you're very talented you can make a moving jaw ^^

Okej, jo jag har kollat där men förstod inte så extremt bra det där med ventilation, har du satt in det i din? eller så att när man trycker ner hakan öpnas munnen, det verkar jättesvårt, men samtidigt måste man väll ha det för att kunna gå runt utan att svimma?

Jag är inte så duktig på engelska, men om du kan något ord eller två på svenska så är jag jätteglad för det!
Jag vill ha lite hjälp angående Fujis huvud, hur gjorde du det?

Hehe, jag gjorde huvudet med instruktioner från TaniDaReal's Fursuit Website ([link] ), här link till den instruktion: [link] Först du måste klippa de där bitar från skumplast och limma dom tillsammans. Efter det du kan bara ta lämpliga bitar skumplasten och formulera dom med saxar eller även bättre med elektricitet kniv.
Sorry if my swedish sucks.. it's really just very basic ^^'

Hello i just wanna ask if you talk swedish on some way? I really wanna learn to do a fursuit, and i working on the foots, but i need help for my head..and i'm not special good on understand english.

brilliant! I hope to make a suit for myself one day :3 By the way, on average how long would you say this took you to make. and also how mcuh did it cost?

it took us maybe little less than a week. but we didn't work on them the whole time, and at the last minutes we got some help with them ^^'
so you may want to take little more time than we did.. our suits weren't ready even an hour before our show at animecon so everything was very last minute..
the materials didn't cost very much. I was visiting in Shanghai and bought the fur fabrics from there (7 meters 30 euros), so wasn't expensive at all! =o
Also other main materials I was able to collect from relatives and people I know

The eyes are made of mesh, so you can see through them. Just two layers of mesh (originally insect mesh), pupils colored with black marker.

Thanks The eyes are quite small and it does effect in field of vision (I don't see directly in front).
But I wanted to make it very similar to the anime character + position eyes to the sides like animals have.
Lucky thing I had people to help at the con and with little turning of the head you'll avoid walking into lampposts

I don't actually cosplay. This was my first time taking part in any cosplaying at animecon group cosp. competition. I was fun though
