For a long time now I've been using a really old picture to use to show what my OC Mike Lycaon looks like.Β
Mike Lycaon Wolf Form Β
As my art skills increased, I realized that my OC was drawn in such a cheap way and he just didn't look appealing anymore, so I decided to redraw him from scratch, giving him a new look.
Now he looks better and more interesting to look at.

Lookin good , keep on those full body shots . I see you are going for the big arms aesthetic but there's something you are doing wrong . The total lenght of those arms is right but you tend to elongate the bicep section and keep the forearm at regular lenght , to get it right you should do at the inverse .
The forearm should always look a bit longer than the bicep section , when you want an oversized bicep guy remember to oversize the forearm a bit more than the bicep . Same applies between the thighs and the shins but in a lesser degree.
For examples of such style again Darkstakers original artwork is the best example , you will notice that the exagerated proportions come mainly from very long forearms and shinsΒ (too long in many cases , so dont overdo it).

anyhoo~ this is a very nice ref. sheet!~ it's nice to be colored in once in a while! It's great you gave him a look on his face that if mess with him, he will kick your teeth in! But it is very great! (Highly in detail)

Seriously my friend, nothing is better than seeing my art skills improve, and the changes I have made to accomodate those new heights.
I understand that there's still a lot more for me to do and I am looking forward to progressing even further and reaping the occasional benefit and reward.
But in all honesty this was created to mark the start of a new chapter in my life as and artist here on DA, no more begging and wishing that my art would improve, no more complaining when my art doesn't look how I wanted it to be and no more waiting for an opportunity to arrive, for I plan on making my own opportuntities and taking them by the throat and throttling them haha.

Yeah I've been told about that before, you could pass it off as an uneven posture but I understand not to make excuses for your short comings, I'll be sure to improve on that with time.
