Edit: So, to clear up the confusion, Amber is in fact Irken (seen back in Chapter Five) and her PAK registered name is Amm. Also seen in Chapter 9 (moonlightwolf17.deviantart.com… ) Amber quotes "it's just like the training program back on Irk." This means Amber and Zim were in the same training program and became Invaders. In the first Invader Zim episode "The Nightmare Begins," Zim was actually an Invader but caused so much destruction on his planet that his title was taken away and he was re-coded as a defective.
When Zim was banished to FoodCourtia, Amber on the other hand invaded one of the planets within their own galaxy.
However, Amber has been seen in her human disguise most of the time. Secretly, Amber's not only an Invader but a hacker...therefore she's been able to access Code's files by using codings herself. Within those files, Code wrote that he was planning to assassinate her. Accepting this fate, Amber pre-recorded the video saying her formal good-byes and guiding Zim to Code's plans.
