Description
This was a comic I did for my senior year of high school.World Lit. (We were lucky and got to do comics as a study)
We could pick any subject we wanted and I was on freaky Okami fan spaz at the time so as you can see...I did that.
I was dumb enough to think I could try and fit the entire beginning story on one page. Well... Obviously I was proven wrong O__o so sue me.
Other then that I did this on11" x 14" paper so it was annoying to scan in since I had to piece it together. Note why some of the borders look like crap to say the least.
Other then that I hope it's enjoyable and someday I might actually bother finishing it.

im drawing most of the characters that have absolutely ANYTHING to do with the storyline of okami, and i have NO IDEA what to do for the background, or how to do it..
help?

Well whenever I work with Okami subjects I take background concepts from the game itself. You know try and capture that very feeling from certain scenes just in your own art style.
I've played the game so many times it's probably considered ridiculous. But that's what I'd suggest doing.

i think i got an idea for it!!!
i went through all of the pics of okami available and i think im going to try to have the people i already have just as they are, but have okami in her stance pose (back of case) dividing the paper in half, kinda and behind okami will be all of the "bad guys"
heheh...
of course, this will probably take about 17-30 ish more hours to do...
oh well, at least it'll keep me busy!

OH GREAT GOD OF CAPS-LOCK! This is just so good. I mean, the detail is amazing. I love how realistic (For a comic) Orochi looks. That and, Nagi looks like a badass. A pretty boy, but a badass.
