This has to be one of the stupidest attack names ever. I didn't even look at the name of the attack until just now, hahaha.Anyway, fourth one in the series!! Not as happy with this one as Sailor Mars, but I still like it.
So, which Outer Scout should I do first?

There's a bunch of different names for this attack. I think Kodacha messed it up recently. Oh well. Well Pluto is the first outer senshi we see so maybe her?
