(I decided to finally make a bio about Moon based on the fic I'm working on, Moonlight! I hope you guys like it! Also, I may add more to it later on.)

Name: Moon Catcher (The story behind his name is that I wanted to think of something original and that it related to me. I chose Dreamcatcher before when I designed him, however I recently changed it to Moon Catcher. I love the moon plus everyone calls me it. The "Catcher" part is that he can catch any dream he sets his mind to as long as he sets his mind to it and is determined to get it. He's a dreamer, like me. He always tries his best to get his dreams and goals to come true no matter what it takes.)

Age: Adult Stallion

Species: Unicorn/Phoenix (He has the soul of a Phoenix and the body of a pony.)

Partner/Relationship: He has a small crush on KyuFlake, his traveling companion. (KyuFlake is owned by Kyuremgirl.)

Family: Moon was born into a native tribe in Luna's Kingdom of Moonlight.

Cutie Mark: Moon obtained his cutie mark one day as a young colt when he looked up into the sky and saw the moon. He wanted to be able to fly up and touch the moon, however he wasn't a pegasus. Determined to make his dream come true, he found a fallen tree in his village and began to run and jump off the log until he finally flew. Yet every time he did, he ended up landing in the dirt. When his mother and father noticed that Moon wasn't back in their teepee asleep, they began to worry and went to look for him. As they were looking, they discovered their son jumping off the log and were concerned with what he was doing. Before they called out his name, Moon looked up from the dirt and shouted up at the sky, claiming that he wouldn't give up until he finally touched the moon. This created an idea for his mother. Being a unicorn herself, she grinned and waited for Moon to make another attempt. Whispering to her mate her plan, he chuckled and waited. Right before Moon leapt off the log, she quickly created an illusion of the moon for her colt and allowed it to boop his nose. When Moon fell back down to the dirt, he landed with a puzzled look and realized that he finally touched the moon. To his excitement, he jumped up quickly and bounced in joy. Suddenly there was a flash on his flank of a moon within a dreamcatcher, symbolising that he can achieve any dream he sets his mind to.

Background/Personality: Moon Catcher grew up in a native tribe in Luna's Kingdom known as Moonlight. He is a part of a prophecy that tells of a pony being born with the soul of a Phoenix. He spends most of his time traveling throughout Moonlight, stargazing, exploring the lands and visiting villages to see if he can help anypony. He also loves the adventure of discovering new places and ancient catacombs hidden in the deep snow covered mountains. When he is with his friends, he likes to play pranks on them and it's all in good fun. Moon is rather friendly, goofy, laid back, and has a soft spot in his heart beneath all that fur. A gentle giant. Larger than most ponies, he's a bit clumsy on his hooves when he is with his friends. However when it's time to get serious he rarely slips up.

Moon also speaks his mind which is sometimes a bad thing, because he doesn't have a filter and tends to say what is on his mind if he isn't paying attention. Whenever anypony is in need he'll help them as soon as he can in whatever way. Moon also is very stubborn and determined. He is very competitive and hates to lose, but he tries his best to hide it when he does lose. He is also sensitive and very caring for those who are close to him. He'll protect them with his life. Moon gets frustrated when he can't figure things out and won't stop until he does. It also takes a lot to anger him.

He is romantic gentlecolt, but he's also very shy when it comes to being close to mares. He tends to get tongue tied and nervous when he is with a mare he likes. Whenever he spends enough time with them though, he starts to relax and can be himself more around them. Moon can also live off the land and knows how to survive since he grew up in the wilderness. However he does love to sleep in a warm bed whenever given the chance.

Moon was born with a marking of a Phoenix that covers his left forehoof, he wears a piece of cloth over it that belonged to his mother. He wears it to cover his marking and tries to hide it from other ponies. If they ask about it, he tends to say that it's nothing or tries to say it was given to him through a trial within his tribe. He only tells the truth behind it when he is close to them and feels like he can trust them.

Moon has two Phoenix feathers in his mane behind his ear that he found when he was younger before his tribe was destroyed. He discovered a Phoenix one day that had been caught in a trap and he released it. When it flew away, he saw two of its feathers lying in the dirt and placed them in his mane. Being the Phoenixborn, his magic resembles fire. However he control its temperature so it doesn't burn whatever he touches. His spells center mostly around fire, but he can also form a bow or sword out of magic.

Since Moon has a soul of a Phoenix inside of him, he has immense power that only arises when he is feeling great sadness or anger. It is called the Phoenix Cloak and he becomes unconscious during this state. His fur and skin burns off, only leaving him covered in flames and strange markings that closely match the colors of a Phoenix. While in this form, his only focus is to destroy those who brought him this pain. The piece of cloth his mother gave him is actually a reminder he made to his mother as her dying wish, to tame the Phoenix Cloak and to not let it control him so he couldn't hurt others and use it for revenge. The only thing that can stop it from arising is his will and his friends. He is traveling with Kyu in order to learn about his power by exploring the ancient ruins of the Phoenixes and training with Kyu's father who is a Greymane.
