Description
This took well over a month from sketch to finish but I guess this makes me aware of how busy I've been.

This is Kura, a D&D character I play. She belongs to an ancient lost race called the Jai. Periodically a Jai will be born from human/elf/gnome/etc parents. The Jai that are born are often respected as a sign of good luck or in some backwards locations, as a sign of bad things to come. Kura was born to elven parents in a small village and treated just as any other elven child.

Before her 192nd birthday she was kidnapped by a travelling group, belonging to an organization that sell Jai as sex objects (mostly females) and supposed medicinal purposes (mainly males). In captivity she met another female Jai and together they swore not to break to be sold as sex objects. One day her friend was returned to their cage, broken, and was soon after sold.

Kura held a hatred for all outsiders and snapped. She was rescued by a group trying to shut down the organization and taught that not all of the outside world is bad. She still rides on the edge of breakdown and bloodlust when she sees too much of the worst of humanity (or humanoid races).

Now she's out searching for her friend that was sold, and seeking the headquarters of the organization responsible. She won't rest till her friend is found and the organization is destroyed.
