Draw something in photoshop using Pencil Tool. Color it. Add a new layer, draw a character there. Create a new layer and draw parts of this character moving discretly, just some pixels, then add a new layer and do the same, following the movement coherence from the previous layer. Make this 8 times, then open the timeline tab, create 17 frames on it make the background art to be seen in every frame, the character frames needs to appear from 1 to 8, then in the layer nĀ°8 go back from 8 to 2, so it loops.
Explain it's a bit difficult so u have to try urself watching a video tuto; youtube has many. Look for Pixel animations on Photohsop.
