Amazing art as usual, but maybe the kid's pose looks a bit stiff? I'm not sure, it may just appear like that since he's really close the page's borders... Anyway, I can't wait to see where this will go! ^^

It seems that the hero and the villain have their first standoff against each other. I wonder what kind of powers they will use in their duel. Somehow it reminds me still, as if a guardian/spirit of life, is meeting against a being of death.
Allthough....it also reminds me a bit of the story, in which the holy Devas are fighting the demonic Asura. Especially this creepy face...humanoid...thing, seems to have some simliartys, with the described Asuras.
All in all a wonderful picture, and I like this fighting tune on this page. I think the rain story is also a tail and journey for the boy, in which he grows more and more up. Yet he never lost his bond, with his heart and imagination, as child, unlike many grown ups. Wonderfull!

the chains at the top of the shoulders and on his right hip (left of picture) look a bit odd.

He's kind of fusioned with the Lion spirit and the saint little kid from the previous pages, he's not older but he has a stronger body.
