Fascinating design...I really like the fact that you have the long, whiplike 'tail' coming from her head bending in a believeable way. It makes me wonder what it's used for...A sensory organ, perhaps?
Anyway, the way you used the model from the stock image as a refrence is very nice, along with the way you changed the angle of the picture to hoizontal to vertical. Bravo!
