A meme is basically a questionarre of simple pre-written questions that you answer. In ones like these on Deviantart, it's usually meant for the questions to be answered with drawings (and some writing if so inclined). Here's an awesome example of this meme filled out: [link] .

Sorry if i seem forward, but do you mind telling me what a 'summary of art' is, cuz' i've asked a lot of people and they all have no idea what i'm talking about XD it's like those things artists post with the different months, and artwork pieces all on one template thingy, but i don't understand how it works...

So there are two summary of art memes, both fairly simple, let's start with the monthly: [link]
This basically is where, at the end of the year, artists look back on the art they made that year, and choose their favorite artwork of each month to show how they improved- or didn't- by the end of the year. Here's a good filled out example: [link]
Now the second one is yearly, here's the blank: [link]
This one is usually used by people who have been drawing or on Deviantart for a long time. They take their 4 favorite works they made from each of the years listed and put them on the meme to show how much their art has changed over the years, sometimes adding comments on the side of it.

haha, yeah.. I finished the first game, only trying to decide who I want to marry and get all my crops up to lvl 10. Frontier I'm getting for Christmas so I cant wait to play it. Of course I also cant wait till RF3 gets translated and comes out.

Yea, I know there isnt that many and tis a shame too. Rune Factory is so good.
You could always fill it in MSPaint or if you have a scanner you can draw them and then scan it the fit it on there.
