Here's a new character in "The Celestial Realms", Count Gruff the last surviving member of the Chaos Kingdom race known as Chaos Beings. The Chaos Kingdom has long been destroyed with the Chaos Realm left in ruins.Edit: Gave his inner cloak the appearance of a portal rift since his cloak is a teleportation cloak.
Edit: Changed the background to what he made since to him it represents The Chaos Realm.
