I like for Skipper to tease Kowalski that he has the female role xD All lies. Aww thanks If there's anyone who can get him tongue-tied/flustered, it's Skipper x3 Their tails are so simple, but they're really one of my favorite parts to draw on the penguins >3< Love to the tails

Maybe he just wants Kowalski to pay more attention to him, that's why he's doing these surprise attacks Bridal style hold = Why can I imagine Skipper saying something to completely embarrass him that he just drops him Skipper is the master of flustering people (Is that a word?)
