Description
Some guys that called themselves "the Wanderers" are seeking parts and energy sources from the Giants that are scattered all over the worldThe Giants are very ,very old "living" weapons that were fighting each others eons ago .
Their remains are very valuable because of the unknown metals and weird crystals they were build with
...Too bad this time, a wanderer woke up some sort of self-defence mechanism!!
this is part 3 of my "GIANTS" universe

π: 0 β©: 1
moonxels In reply to lordoffog [2011-01-11 22:32:58 +0000 UTC]

lordoffog In reply to moonxels [2011-01-11 23:22:57 +0000 UTC]

Hahaha, of course. XD Do you do a lineart first and then paint it on photoshop? Or do you do it all from scratch in photoshop using the paintbrush???

moonxels In reply to Theswordsman77 [2011-01-06 09:27:45 +0000 UTC]

Oh, I see. I thought speedpainting was this kind of photoshop Illustration. ( I've seen a couple of speedpainting videos that look very similar, and believe me they're not so roughly done. It's just photoshop painting, but they speed it up in Movie Maker so that the viewer can appreciate it). Check out this vid of speedpaint, I think you'll like it. ----> [link]

speedpaint is a style ,it doesn't take more than 2h to paint and is very rough
the video you see are accelerated but it's not because of that ,that it's called speedpaint.
the video you mention is not speedpaint.(its just quickly done with a wrong name)

Oh I see what you mean. Thanks! Those are some really cool paintings in the link, too, but I see the difference. Then what's the name of that style you use, or the one in the Avatar vid? For future reference. (Cause I really wanna get to that some day).

it's called "concept art" that's reference for production (video games, movies ,so on...)concept art could be done with the speedpaint technique...
or illustrations ;that's for book covers, posters, so on...that's mainly what I do
