Hey everyone!!

I don't know if you have "art teaching" books or magazines at home, but I do... 2 magazines with drawing and painting ideas and tutorials, and 2 books: "the complete drawing course" (mine) and ailas84 lent me a very interesting book (1994) called "Peinture et dessin passion" ("painting and drawing passion") which was apparently an Italian book originally, but I haven't been able to find the original title)...

as you know with my "crumpled paper experiments" that have become a recurring occurrence in my gallery , I sometimes try something from my book or magazines... and Ailas's book got me interested yesterday evening with a chapter about values and another one about reflection in water (will follow later today)... so here we are I know it's not a great masterpiece, but studies aren't supposed to be, are they?

So, this is a values study, made on a crumpled chocolate wrapping, with highlighters, because I was preparing my lessons for next week when I got sidetracked by the book It was very interesting to do, and I like the fence, the perspective and the blue mountains in the bg, especially...

I always love to see studies and experiments, so feel free to share them here, too
