3 days ago, I was walking back home in the evening, the day had been really sunny and cold, like very often in this region, and I told myself: "every time I'm outside at this time and with this weather, I'm amazed how perfect the trees look in the dim light... the air is crisp and every branch can be seen... it makes me think of these Chinese Puppetry plays I so loved watching as a kid..."

And then: "I really want to draw that on the crumpled After Eight paper that's on my desk right now!"

so, here you are, with an impression of twilight in my little part of the world, when everything is cold, but snow hasn't fallen
