Personality: he's very shy and doesn't say much.. he suffers of an inferiority complex. he also avoids crowded places
Likes: walking through dark streets at night, smoking, being with his sweetheart Dustin
Dislikes: hot days, many people (crowded places), the feel like there's nothing worth living for
I wanted to create a mate for StormyKitsune's chara 'Dustin the Plusle'
Rico's a bit taller than Dustin (I dunno Dustin's hight, but Rico should be like 'a big brother' for him) :I
I made Rico deliberately almost similar to Dustin cuz the real Pokemon Minun and Plusle are almost similar too
