Pokemon: Miltank
Height: 3ft 11 inches
Weight: 190lbs
Likes: Helping people in need, cooking, helping the residents get accustomed to their new bodies, oran berries
Dislikes: Whoever is transforming people, most regular food, potential residents not knowing about the house

Miltank was one of the first to be transformed into a pokemon girl.
Since she was an early test subject, she didn't get any big mental changes, all she got was an intense love of oran berries.
(which could arguably just be a side effect of becoming a Miltank woman.)
Just because she doesn't have big mental changes, she still has a lot to deal with since, y'know, she IS a Miltank.
She opened the pokemon house to help those transformed have a safe haven where they have their needs accommodated for them and they can be their new selves.
