Here it is, the blank template for Bertie so you can create your own custom. Click the Download link over on the left of the page to download the zip which contains Photoshop, Illustrator and PDF versions of the template along with a readme with information on the template, the license I've released it under etc.Bertie is a 2 page toy and all of the versions in the template have a Page 1 and Page 2 layer for each of the pages. Full build instructions are also on the templates.
This template is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial license which means you can release your own custom under a no-derivatives license if you wish to (more innfo in the readme in the zip file).
I'll be keeping a list of any customs below, with links to the templates and artist's site.
