Think it might be 100% opacity but I can't remember.

1. Unzip the file
2. Open it
3. Right click on "Rainbow dock" then select cut
4. Go to "C:\Program Files\RocketDock\Skins"
5. Right click then paste.
6. Right click on rocket dock/ dock settings/ style then select Rainbow Dock
