well, i think it took about an hour or so... maybe hour and a half, with just normal ball pens.
Yap, it was off memory, no reference, hes like i see him in Warcraft 3.

I think you really got hold of the warcraft style: overproportioned, buffed warriors that still look somewhat realistic, excellent job. Also one heck of a cool job on Arthas.
You should do some more warcraft art!
Perhaps the new trailer of the expansion set for WoW (the Burning Crusade) can inspire you

I love how you captured the chunkieness of the WCIII style and kept it proportional. The legs and pauldrons are particually nice, imo. The gaunt face adds that little bit of cold villany, which adds to the whole thing. Awesome

actually, one thing about this piece is that it made me appreciate the appeal of good cross-hatching.
its something ive never thought to do myself, but you make it work.
