This is sorta out of left field, but I really like the stylized way you draw feet and shoes. It's neato!
Anyways, this is a cool piece and its amazing and stuff, but innocent or nice? Well, it seems a little foreboding to me. They're clutching so tightly to each other's shirts, but not truly embracing. That space between them is pretty big. Their expressions show some comfort, but also some tension. He looks downright scared or depressed. And the goop and blackness around them doesn't seem very comforting. There's an ambiguity about this piece...they obviously love each other but there's so much more depth.

I like how you have the white dripping down from the top like that. And the way you drew the lines in the background kind of round, makes it look like they are falling into a black hole together. Which is sweet (you can interpret "sweet" as either cool or awwww)
