The cell-shading thing is working really well here, especially with the marks from the water.

the use of shading and perspective is really amazing, gives it a cartoony look. I think the wound has the effect that was intended too. looks morbid and realistic.

I like how the standing person kinda looks unassuming, like: what? who me? Or something. I like it. The colors are pretty sweet.

I dunno, other than her face (and that cool hair) it's not working for me.
I am unsure of what is going on perspective wise between the brightly coloured houses at the back and the body proportions seem awkward (even if they are meant to be distorted).
