this drawing seems to be expressing the pressure of being unnoticed and left out in the cold...or just simply the pressure of being alone with no one to talk to in some random cold days....

I cant get enough of that guy in the middle-background. He was the first thing that cought my eye in the thumbnail. The curving of his body, and the shades of the color you used with the entire piece are awesome. As well as all of the details. I love the way you draw eyes.

I like her expression. Looking at this makes me feel werid because of where she's sitting and where she's looking, but at the same time, it makes it more interesting.
I like the smokes too, i'm not sure if they're cigarette smokes or chimney smokes but they look awesome. The two freckles are such a nice touch too.

The way you drew the girl in relation to the scene (the distorted perspective, the lighting, the expression, etc.) makes it look as though she's thinking of a past event...
Either that, or she's a giant. A contemplative giant on a bridge.
