this was done in my high school years when the Tenth Anniversary came for Rugrats.I think I look pretty cute for a rugrat ^_^

I wish this show would come back in all its glory. Growing up is fine for an anniversary, but that new version of the show just killed the whole thing.
But you do look good as a rugrat. Amazingly, this could pass as character concept art IMO. Thats how close to the show it looks.
