what if Philly Phil didn't have his headband and goggles on?It was just a question that went on in my mind forever in a day, till I came up with this, I know I saw him move his goggles once, but I just wanted to see. in my opinion..he doesn't look half bad ^_^
As for the outfit, this is what I would imagine his PJs to look like.
