Hey. yup I made a NPC, hope y'all like him. I put it in wanted poster format to save you guys running the contest some time, but feel free to modify it how you like.

NPC: TOBY DOZER:
Toby is a keen fellow, very quiet and aloof- but if you ruffle his feathers he can be just about as ornery as a tomcat in a bathtub. His sheer size and his nasty temperment are a poor combination for the folks in town.
He's quite large, but sees no reason why he can't modify (read: demolish) doors to accommodate his size. The same goes for windows, walls, bathroom stalls... anywhere he wants to get to, really.
Needless to say- a lot of public and private property gets destroyed this way.
Other than that, he enjoys a cup of tea most every day at noon, steals when he feels like it, rarely speaks, and is never, ever, ever seen without his hat.

FIGHTIN': This bandit rarely uses his gun, relying instead on his gigantic fists. Folks who've been socked by him (and lived) say it's like bein' hit by a giant sledgehammer or a fastmovin' train. If yer thinking of pickin' a fight with Dozer, you better make sure you can spar first- Because for such a hulking thing, he moves pretty goldarn fast.
