Description
I had a comment (below) asking about the spelling of "Largactyl" and I thought I should share the influence for this title. It was a song by a very noisy English band called the Amebix and it's from the album Arise...Largactyl
You're standing on a hill, looking down at the city
Thinking 'bout your life and your bottle of pills
They released you from the hospital, you're cured!
So this is how freedom feels?
Largactyl Relax (it's only paranoia)
Feel a little numb? Feel a little tired?
Your brain's asleep and your body's retired
You've learned to fit in. OBEY!
You're just a shadow of what you used to be
Largactyl Relax (it's only paranoia)
A comfortable life? A car and a wife?
It's only a dream but it's fuckin' obscene
You've learned to fit in, a vegetable!
Senility! At 21 they'll be coming for you
...Ultra Fractal 4.04 (thanks Frederick!)

A dizzying array of distortions forming a higher level transcendent order. I guess that what means. Everything seems confused, except that it still finds its own stasis by whatever means.
I was once prescribed Largactyl but someone knicked from the medicine cabinet, but I'm told it's good if you don't have too much of it. I was Olanzapine - an anti-psychotic for schizophrenics - until about a year ago. It actually stopped me from doing any artwork save some shabby line drawings. I've been on other stuff for a year and its slowly coming back.

Thanks for your comments. I like to push software to do things it really wasn't intended to do.
I am familiar with Olanzapine as a girlfriend of mine had severe bipolar and was given it for her mania/delusions/psychotic symptoms which occur during the 'unfiltered' or 'valve full open' mania.... She would lose almost everything good in her life (art / poetry / love / personality) in gradual amounts, with each increase in dosage of Olanzapine. Out of trouble = yes, out of danger = yes, dead to the world = yes, 3am-sleepwalking-rubberlegged-zombie-munchie-attacks = yes!!!! I can see why it (Olanzapine) is used but would always be looking for an alternative. I hope you have found a good solution to your own problems, take care Alice

...I did and he's amazing! All I do is push a few buttons and maybe bend my mind a little to get my art, this guy is simply genius! Although I had seem some of his art previously, it was not an influence for this piece, but it may well be an influence for future work. Thanks for vieing and commenting.

Interesting but is it actually anything? It almost looks like smoke.

Hehe... not really no! It's pixels produced my some powerful mathematics and the insane mind of an amateur artist. I was aiming for something semi-organic but from the twisted world of nightmares... Smoke is good too though as I have always found it totally fascinating to watch all of the 'art' in the turbulence in smoke.

Ah, you're a deep one eh? I wasn't exactly sure what it was but it reminded me of smoke or mist ^.^ So, what program did you use to make it?

"Aw, dammit... I got it on my shirt, ugh its all over it............... I should put this on deviantART..."
XD
Anyways, this a really good piece of art. It's difficult to put so much detail into what is effectively nothing, but you did it, and it's beautiful.
