I think this is a great photo! I agree, on of the best ive seen so far on my topic! Strangely theres a lack of femininity, usually in this sort of female boxing you get a masculine side but not here... i like that, it makes the image seem much more subtle and flowing especially with the sense of movement. I like your choice of colour/ b+w, works really well and adds much more energy than it would with just one style. Great!

well the only thing that strikes me as out of place is the colour on the eyes makes the photo look a little cheesy I think had you left the colour on the gloves and only the gloves it would have suited it better

i left the eyes like that becase her make up was like this that's the only reason... and i must admit i sometimes think the same as you
but ill leave it as it is

the only thing I'd have changed is the boxing gloves to more of a pink. *sorry, I have a thing for pink boxing gloves... I looked everywhere for them, and it took me 2 years to find some ... but t hey're awesome. lol.*

This is my favorite of the ones your posted on my thread, I like the contrast of the gloves and the eyes against the black and white, it goes very well with the piece, really nice work

I really like this, the expression and the shot seems so spontaneous and real instead of posed. Nice work

I really like everything on this photo!
The gloves' texture is an awesome detail! usually I see brand new gloves, but these look like they've been used, or something.. Very good!
And her expression is really like the expression of a warrior, a fighter!
On a more sentimental view, i see myself in that position, and being the future my adversary.
Anyway, Great photo, Great model (she's gorgeous by the way) and im going to it

nice. But i guess i dont want to meet her in a dark street at night
There is a lot of tension in this picture and this is great because tension is the thing i mostly miss in the images around here on dA. I really like the particullary desaturation, too. But the red around her eyes - did you add this or does it have been in the original file too?
And it is a bit grainy in the background, because of the higher ISO speed. Maybe you could try to reduce it a bit with NeatImage or something similar.

Her makeup was like this. Besides i had little time to shoot those photos so i didint think about the iso speed. I set this iso speed to 800 to be able to shoot in both low light and in some more suitable conditions. But anyway, thanks for your comment, im glad you apriciate my photo
