Description *Cerulean*, The Spirit of the Wind, Bringer of Good Fortune, Galops through the Sky, makes Honest People Whishes come True ~*

This is my contribution to a project run by check her gallery, you won’t regret it.
At first i didn’t had any idea in my mind, i just wanted to create a prisma. But when i looked for the meaning of cerulean which phonetically hit me at first sight, the idea came like a flash. Cerulean is derived from the Latin word "caeruleum", which means sky or heavens. i don't know why but it evoked me about the Lung Ta, the inspiration for this prisma. I had heard about the Lung Ta last year in India.
Lung Ta is one type of the prayer flags that Tibetans use to hang on high places. Those Prayer flags are cloth printed with formulas of mantra designed to benefit beings in different ways, such as removing obstacles, granting long life, giving good fortune, and so on. As the wind blows the prayers are carried into the environment and any beings that meet the air or breathe in that air are blessed. With the great wind those flags 'clack' and make the sound of galloping horses...
Lung Ta normally have a horse in the middle, and in the 4 corners are the four majestic mystical animals; the snow-lion, garuda, dragon & tiger. Which represent the four human and four heavenly qualities of a majestic human being. The flags can be blue, white, red, yellow or green.

Lung represents the "space" element and signifies universal foundation and omnipervasiveness.
Ta (Horse), ‘The precious horse’ is able to travel among the clouds and mirror the Buddha's abandonment of worldly existence.
In the Lungta flag, the Horse ornamented with "flaming wish granting jewel" (Norbu Mebar) is located in the center and it signifies the change of misfortune into fortune and fulfillement of expectations and aspirations.

Cerulean doesn’t carry the ‘Norbu Mebar’, but has a Blue Blessing Gem on it’s forehead instead

well, i liked working on it, hope you enjoy seeing it ~*

This is just wonderful. I love what you did with this. From sky to the Lung Ta to the galloping horse, it's such a natural and lovely sequence of ideas. It's great how you integrated all 3 elements in the image as well: looks really awesome I'm adding this to the listing, the others have to see this!
