If you say "I'm doing a reboot of a popular 80's or 90's cartoon" on Kickstarter, people will throw money at you so hard and so fast, you'll end up looking like a slot machine threw up on you...and you'll meet your goal in about a week (or less, depending on how popular/awesome the show is).
