Meg Griffin is the least popular character on Family Guy. In fact, Peter has even said, "Aw Louis but Meg sucks. Everything she does is just terrible." Therefore I did something to make her a little more popular. And lucky you, this is a 2 for 1 deal. This gets me to thinking. What about a progression of Meg to lesbian to a Lois looking Meg, like the old idea of "look at Mom to visualize what a girl will look in 20-25-30 years."

well they kinda did a couple of times. There is the episode where she gets a make over and becomes a pop star and there's the episode when she is replaced with a hot girl to make their reality show more interesting.
