this is a penguin that i drew and i love penguins so i tried to draw one based on what my classmate drew. i consider this as an ACHEIVEMENT since i dont really draw.
hahahaa the title says: "I'M A HYPER PENGUIN, WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?" just in case you dont understand.
