I think I've settled on colors I'm happy with 
But yeah, overall, her design hasn't changed much. Instead of having tufts of fur on her elbows/ankles, she has little spikes... And her wings are shaped slightly differently... But other than that, I haven't altered her too much
I'm planning on doing a wayyyy more detailed ref sheet for her in the future, but for now I think this will suffice
Hopefully it's easy to tell which colors are which... Her feet are the same color as her belly, her horns are the creamy color, her wings are the lightest pink color, her eyes are the same color as her hair, etc.

Gah. Working on the lineart...... It is turning out good, but I don't think I have the right colors. Also, does she have any markings at all? Any jewelry?

XD lemme guess~ you chose me to draw your dragon because I'm affordable, even if I'm not terribly good? You know, if it doesn't turn out good, I give a refund. And yesh my art is very cheap. *Ahem* I MEAN AFFORDABLE. I made the head on your dragon too big.... Want me to redo it, or are you okay with it? I'm only a little ways in, so I still have time to redo the whole thing, it's only on step two.

Hmm... It's really up to you; if you feel like it's too big, then you can re-do it if you want, but it doesn't really matter to me too much
