Finally! I've been waiting so long for a 9 OC! But I'm not the world's best drawer so, I went out myself on Deviantart looking for the one I liked. All the adopts I was interested in where either they cost money or they where alot of points. Luckily, I found this OC by ZADRpunk13 and I had to get her as I really like her design!

Here she is! This is 11. She was made by someone who borrowed the Scientists's book about alchemy from his collection and used her for testing purposes. She just so happens to be created by Chancellor Ferdinand and treated her poorly, until the war happened and she was found by 2 and took her in along with the others. After 2 mainly raised her, 11 became more independent and more of a badass after being trained by 7. 5 would slowly develop a crush on 11 sense the two where close.
