My third and final OC for Frozen! This is William, the son of one of the servants of Arendelle castle. He has a minor role in the first film, only serving as a cameo in the prologue and in a couple scenes. However, he becomes one of the main characters in the sequel, serving as Elsa's love interest and helps her on finding where the mysterious voice is coming from.
