Well at least you tried. I was like that with Steven Universe as well and it's not my cup of tea. i prefer the old cartoons like Animaniacs, Rocko, Ed Edd n Eddy, Tom and Jerry, old school Simpsons, etc

Same here. I'm an 80s kid, although I had more favorites from the 90s. Miss those decades. There's a video on YouTube called The Day the Simpsons Died. I have to disagree with that guy when he said that the show died after the episode The Principle and the Pauper. The one where we found out Principle Skinner is really some guy named Armand Tamsarian and the real Skinner was in a Vietnam prison camp. To me the show died at the end of Season 10. Just stopped being funny.

The whole thing with Princable Skinner reminds me of the Β fanale (sorry about my spelling) from Camp Lazo where Β Lumpas was not a scout master but some crazed loonatic. The real scoutmaster looks like Heffer from Rocko's Modern Life.Β
