I didn't know that there were any barbary lions left! I remeber reading when I was very young that they were extinct, and it is when I learned that animals like the ones I knew could become extinct.

In my local zoo, they have currently two young geoffroy cats (the picture you faved). When they start do play and ruffle in the afternoon, even thier mother has no moment of peace. But from the outside it's just fun to watch them

yesterday I was in another zoo - and they have baby irbis, caracal, manul and serval ... it was amazing to watch the kittens
