One day to go, and rushing in like a mad man. >^<This is pretty last minute. I didn't know they were hosting a FF13 contest until yesterday. So I decided to do something like this. My customization for her is to be more comfy, girly, and masculine, all at the same time.
I like this half tech, half medieval type of style. So I decided to give Lightning something similar. I adjusted the colors to fit her accordingly. Yeeep! so excited to see this game. XD I struggled with the first game, and watched my friend DancingFighter finish playing the other one. So I'm excited to see someone play this one too. >w<

XD I know, I am always over critical of myself when it comes to my art, but I try to view it logically and I feel if I'm not critical I won't be able to improve. There are several times when I am super proud of my art because I don't even believe I drew it myself or someone else was in control of my hand the whole time. But a lot of times I'm only satisfied and can see multiple mistakes that I wasn't able to work around, or didn't notice till I finished.

That happens to me too, I just let it go, let it goo. jk
I either set it aside for a while and come back to fix it later, or I just let it go and try to not make the same mistake in the next art work I draw.
Because there's no reason crying over spilled milk. If you can't fix it, learn from it. A lot of my old work I can see a lot of mistakes, I can fix them now, but there's no reason to; especially when I can make new and better art. I keep my old art as a reminder that I was once a baby artist.
Your heading the right direction, but don't be too hard on yourself. One day you'll look back at those work and realize how much you have improved.

And yeah, I usually let it go....... after an hour trying to fix it, 2 if it's a major thing.
Idk, sometimes I draw amazing but other times it comes out horribly and I have no idea why or how to fix it.
Lol yeah, I am already amazed at how far I have come in a few short years
