Time to Kick Some @$$This is one of the photo's taken by the Absolutely Wonderful Ike Unson. The other photo is very much like the other photo i've posted (looks almost the same >.< ), so i prolly won't put that one here.
Slight photoshopping done, mostly the eyes (stupid contacts).
i might do some more photo-editing, make the sky dark or stormy or something, but if i do, and it gets posted, it'll probably be put in my scraps.
AAAND i know i very rarely do this, but 97% of this cosplay was created by Axel so all the credit goes to her. unless you like the boots. XP that was the only thing i did, and even those i had her help with.

That's an awesome pose. If you could, Go on top of a building and do that pose. If you have photoshop, add the lightning in the background. To give the whole epic, dangerous look. Oh and by the way, nice eyes. Are those colored contacts.

lol i actually have a photoshop-type program... and tried to do the lightning.... it failed horribly. might try again though.
aaaand i had contacts for larxene..... unfortunatly, the morning this was taken, one ripped, so i had to wear my regular non-coloured ones for the rest of the con. so i photoshopped the eyes a little XP

BTW, if all goes well...guess who's going to college in PA?! Yep. xD Though Im not sure if I'll be going to college in Pittsburgh or Philly, but I was like "THIS IS WHERE I REALLY WANT TO GO!" and then I was like "...OMG. I WONT BE ALONE!8D" Haha. So I really want to go to Philly so I wont be alone, you know? At least Id have some people close by who I know. BUT, Philly doesnt offer the Game Design major I want.TT^TT

Well, Im definitely going to try to go to the one in Pittsburgh first, but I screwed up SO HORRIBLY last year, it's really not even funny. I had so much emotional home crap going on, mixed with other stuff, that I just gave up. And now I smack myself harshly for it. BUT, my GPA went from a 2.8 to a 2.2, all thanks to last year. -feels like an idiot- :/ And my GPA, in order to be considered for the Game Design major, has to be at least a 2.5. SO, Im hoping I'll be able to get it up there. Usually, I get As, Bs and Cs. But this year, Im trying really hard to pull out as many As as I can.
But if that cant happen, (I figure, it'd be just my luck to pull out a damn 2.4..) or if I change my mind, because I do so often, I'll major in either Media Arts & Animation or Web Design & Interactive Media. I'd be pretty content in any of those fields, to be honest. And all of them aside from Game Art & Design are offered in Philly.
And ORLY? Where are you? -being nosy- xD

lol and at the moment i'm mostly in the reading area, which is about an hour and a half to two hours away from where i used to live in philly (which isn't close to center city XP). if i'm not in reading, i'm in the wilmington de area. which is about the same distance as reading anyway

Oh, yes yes. Because I remember Ray telling me we were passing where you lived, and that was when I stayed at her house...so yes, I would suppose that makes sense now that I think about it. xD
But even if I go to Pittsburgh, I would sure enjoy visiting you every now and then, perhaps on weekends occasionally. It'd be a few hours drive, Id assume, but it'd be worth it. ^-^

lol that's my natural hair colour when i don't bleach it. i'm planning to do one last bleach, and then it's going to get either grown out or dyed back to brown

i am planning on continuing larxene, but money is really really tight right now, so if i do cosplay it'll prolly be mostly at-home photoshoots, where i can photoshop any peeks through the wig. as well, i'm looking at a couple other characters i'd want to do, and a couple of them have brown hair of the same sort that i have naturally... so a light tease for the right style would be all i need XP

I was thinking about cosplaying Yuki Cross from Vampire Knight. I've never seen it before, but Ive been told by a few people now that I look a lot like her, so maybe Id watch/read it and see what it's all about and consider cosplaying her.

Ah, yes, you mentioned her also. Well, you can always do pleather, which would be a bit cheaper..though, pleather can still be pretty pricey depending on how high of quality you want to go for. (I saw this REALLY NICE pleather material at Joann's for $35 a yard. D: )
But also, it doesnt necessarily have to be a pleather/leather-like material at all. You *could* do it from regular black fabric. Like people do with org coats sometimes.

eeee.... i'd rather not... lol if i'm gonna make it, i wanna do it RIGHT. i'll prolly do mock ones in regular cloth, to figure out the cut of everything first, but for anything for a con or photoshoot i'd have something in a vinyl or pleather type fabric

I definitely get what you're saying though. Why waste any money at all on it if you know you wont be happy with it? That's a good point.
