Yeah at school they offer a Corel Painter class. Basically if you're not familiar to the program it does textures and effects more like a painting than the straight up digital way Photoshop does.

OH, and to give some support, i actually like the mountain, it makes it look more fantasy than real. Almost like that is the mountain the dragon came from. The fire is the ONLY thing that really needs work, and the only reason it needs work is because it matches the color of the sunset and clouds *which are amazing btw* so it is hard to see. The dragon, not having refined edges, actually looks more... i dont know how to put it... raw? like it has been torn apart several times. I like it, i really really do.
