And I cook a lot of stuff, but usually pasta and some Japanese/chinese dishes like Curry, fried rice, dumplings (gyoza) and mapo tofu
May sound unfamiliar to you but I love these dishes :'b

i've heard of all of those things (including tofu, but not "mapo" tofu)
but i've never eaten any of them.

i want to try Asian food, but i grew up eating American food which is usually very plain, lol. and it seems like Asian food has a lot of spices and seasonings. slowly, i'm branching out and trying different kinds of food, but i'm not sure if i'm ready for Asian food yet. someday, though. definitely
