I made this for a SOTW, but I thought it wasn't the right thing. The problem mainly being the dimensions, but I think I might quite making sigs altogether.
Stock was found whilst browsing ze interwebz and now I have the original authors name:

The tutorial is made for Photoshop, but you can use GIMP as well, seeing as both programs possess the same capabilities.
