You mean those two M61 NoHABs with the red and white scheme? From the original 20 M61 that was commissioned in Hungary in the 1960's there is only 6 that is in working order. M61-017 (right side, with the blue line on it) is a track maintenance engine, and the other is the M61 series' mother loco, the M61-001.
