I like the middle one! the last one, looks fat, (obviously) but robot usualy don't try to look fat, i like the thick look, i just wish he looked slimmer~~ i guess~~ idk. Good Job!

oh and what i was trying to say, just came to me. If you were to redo it, (i like it just fine) but make him look more like a tank than a chubby little bot... XD
