Jill is by far one of my favorite characters. Is it considered a finished piece? You didn't write (S.T.A.R.S. / Raccoon * Police * Dep) on the patches? I keep my Jill costume in the closet. xD

haha. I was feeling a bit lazy on that part so didn't want to add those in, but basically yes, this piece is finished now. and yeah, jill is my fave character from re. glad you like her. ^^

I love her. XD I have the LE Samurai Edge (Jill Gun) for airsoft, that Biohazard made. Got my badge, and costume. This art is cool though. Two thumbs up! XD
