Here is one of my greatest and amazing childhood memories I ever have and grown up with - Mumfie.And I am very sure you all have memories and never ever forget the world-famous elephant and his friends.

Britt Allcroft's Magic Adventures of Mumfie is a classically animated children's television series and movie, inspired by the works of Katharine Tozer, with an original music score containing more than 22 songs. Created by Britt Allcroft, creator of Thomas and Friends, and directed by John Laurence Collins, Mumfie was first shown internationally in the 1990s to popular and critical acclaim. The screen library consists of: Mumfie's Quest the movie length epic story, also broadcast as 13x10 minute serial, the Holiday Special Mumfie's White Christmas, plus Series 1 and Series 2 totaling 62 individual story episodes. After the sale of The Britt Allcroft Company in 2002, Mumfie became owned by HiT Entertainment. In 2009 Britt Allcroft bought back all the screen library, all the assets and underlying rights. Her family owned business, Britt Allcroft Productions LLV, recently announced a home entertainment distribution deal for the Mumfie screen library with Lionsgate for the U.S, U.K, Australia and many other parts of the world. Also a partnership with United Talent Agency to handle all licensing for the Mumfie brand worldwide.

I love this show! My favorite character is Scarecrow because he reminds me of myself. I even have a figurine of him! The best episode was the Cinderella spoof where Scarecrow became a handsome prince, "Scarecrowella", or "Skremsle på ball" in your language, Norwegian. The ending is really funny, too! In the dub you had (which I watched), it sounded like Scarecrow was going to poop because he made grunting noises. I'm even getting a custom doll of the prince form of Scarecrow made for me! I know, right? I was cracking up when I heard it and expected the dub to add a random fart noise in. Anyshoe, my Scarecrowella plush just shipped!
Also, Scarecrow's Norwegian voice is Zazu in the Lion King, as well as Darkwing Duck!

YES it is absolutely CORRECT! That is the Norwegian actor and voice actor Anders Hatlo.
And he is also the Norwegian voice of Asterix in the Asterix films.

This is one of my favorite TV shows nowadays. My sister (on here known as Mimitchi33) showed me the Mumfie's Quest movie the day before Thanksgiving, and I loved it. Then, we watched the entire series on Hulu Plus (with the exception of four missing episodes and the Mumfie's Quest episodes) when it came out on New Years Day. My favorite characters are Bristle and the Secretary of Night. Bristle is really funny, with his weird way of pronouncing the letter "r" when he says "rules" (pronouncing it as "ruuels", and even some of his lines and things he did were funny. For instance, in the episode Pretty as a Picture, Mumfie and friends came into the palace to wait for the rain to stop and while Mumfie was trying to explain to Bristle why they came inside the palace, and Bristle interrupted Mumfie and said "Yes, yes, do you think I am entirely heartless?" As for the Secretary, I like him although he's dumb during the latter half of the movie. (Remember when he called Mumfie a spy for stealing the jewel? Mumfie wasn't a spy, he broke the bottle containing the gem's formula on accident.) Another problem with him is that we never got to see a backstory on how the Secretary came into power. Lastly, he never mentions what will happen when he gets the Queen's Jewel other than something about "My power..." What is he going to do besides bring eternal night to the world? Arrest everyone in the world? Even I Must Have My Night, a cut song that never played in the movie or episode version of Mumfie's Quest, didn't explain a single thing about what he was doing other than saying he wants to astound people by destroying the sun and making the world rich and strange with bugs, no clocks and other bizarre stuff. My favorite part of the movie was when the Secretary called the Black Cat a "useless, mangy feline furball" because he thought the Black Cat hid the Queen's Jewel. My favorite episode of the series was Orders are Orders, because it was funny when Bristle became too strict and made a lot of silly rules.
