Description
Pfish and Chipfrom they're 2 cartoon shorts created by Butch Hartman from the World Premiere Toons (later known as What a Cartoon! Show, now known as The Cartoon Cartoon Show).
Short Pfuse:
Pfish and Chip. Pfish and Chip (A carefree shark and a short tempered lynx) attempt to stop their foe, The squeaky laughing Mad Bomber. The only problem is their chief needs to take his nap and demands quiet.
Blammo, the Clown:
The bomb squad face a clown bomber, with several gag bombs. They also find themselves taking care of the chief's teddy bear while he's at the circus with his mother.

I figure the true reason that this cartoon never got up off of the ground was CN figured that a full length TV show about a shark and lynx trying to protect the city from bombs would only be able to make so much material.

Excellent work, you really got their true design down. Their personalities are easily seen here, truly great work. Pfish always looks like such a nice and gullible shark and Chip looks like he wants to obliterate him, heheh. I love their expressions!

Have any of you seen Butch Hartman's newest Nick Toon, T.U.F.F. Puppy yet? Because there was a shark character in a recent episode of it, that seemed like a mute version of Pfish.

The Pfish and Chip short films is the only favorite of mine from Butch Hartman.
But he's a good man in the animation industry.

Yes, I do love drawing and cartoons since I wa a little kid. Very good dose of inspiration I ever have.
I do use color pencils. But I never like the computer program Paint (I'm not really good at it.)
But it will be thrill to try Photoshop someday.
I saw that cartoon short on YouTube a while ago. It was a little re-union of my childhood memories of my favorites from " Waht a Cartoon!"-show on Cartoon Network.
I love this. It will be awesome if Pfish and Chip having their own cartoon show.

Indeed. A cartoon show with them would be blast.
But it's a shame, that it never got accepted to be one of Cartoon Networks' series.

Yup, that's right, but they were used as samples to show, what the show was about and so on, if the network accepted it.
