Just like with his quadrupedal form his tail can be any length

Yeah his face is a screen so his eyes can be anywhere on his face. Also the eyes can move separately from each other. He still runs around on all fours in this form (not all the time though), it's just not as comfortable with his hands not being hooves.

When he gets a stronger glitch that causes his body to go through things he really hates how vulnerable it makes him and is usually grumpy the rest of the day. The more minor glitching is really just an itchy inconvenience that comes around at least once an hour.
