At the time Mia was made, I honestly thought that she was as far as my foot fantasies would take me (obviously, I'm wrong, look at the rest of the gallery!)...Mia was made in the same vein as Elle, only much, much bigger.
If I compared each of my characters' foot sizes (why didn't I do that in the first place?!), Taylor would be the smallest, with size 7 (US, including the other sizes). Sheena would come next, with size 9.5. Elle is next, with size 13 feet.
Mia dominates them all, with a (probably) rare foot size of 19!
As you can tell by the dirt, she's barefoot all the time. It's not that I'm totally into dirt, but I like how it accentuates the shape of her soles.

At the time, that was before I solidified the way of coloring my stuff - Mia was never colored in until last year! I had to simplify it a bit in the later years when I started making colored stuff - I hope you don't find anything to troubling with my current style...

Well, you're the artist, of course, and you're stuff is still great. It seems to me, however, that when you made the switch to digital art, you lost a creative quality to your style, leaving a cut-and-dry, mechanic way of creating things, feet inspecific. That's just my perspective, though. I don't mean to criticize or discourage--on the contrary, I never get tired of your name on my watch ^^ I would just hate to see a great artist lose the touch that made him great.

Although, how would you think of my more recent works now? Since they are now incorporating natural lines - much more true to the way I tend to draw...

Looking closely, I do pick up on a bit more natural of a feel. But I also notice something of a monotone in the positions and situations you're putting your girls in. That 07 piece is phenomenal 50% because of how her feet are drawn but 50% because the angle is different, she's sitting differently--it's not like a showcase picture, if that makes sense (and an extra 342% because Mia is fantastic

There's no such thing as doing things wrong in art, my friend. What I'm focusing on, really, are technicalities. The only thing that can make art great is the creator being happy with his creation. Forget opinions of others, unless you agree with them. Forget your audience for a bit. Focus on your masterpieces, bring them to life, and THEN appease the world.

Actually, I told a bit about it in here , which also tells a bit about Mia herself. But I'll let you know about the setting here:
Mia lives at the coastline of a large jungle, far away from civilization. It's filled with many exotic plants - and vicious animals, so Mia built herself a house on top of the jungle's largest tree. The coast also happens to be a prime spot for shipwrecks...

My god! Mia is one of the most coolest barefooted girls ever ^_^. I think her & Jenny should hook up lol. Anyway, I love how you got the dirt on her feet. What a cute amizon. ^_^

Nice, Mia is by far my fave of your OCs. I like her skin tone and her hairstyle. The fact that's she's barefoot all the time is an added bonus

mmm got to love the soft soles of an amazon. But if possible could you have one with the dirt edited? It almost seems to be a crime to have such large lovely feet covered by a layer of dirt
